While one is dangerously involved with opium dealers, the other steals fuel from trucks then sells it back to the drivers. In the midst of an arid landscape, the pair pay little heed to their nefarious lifestyle. But as they interact with various people over the course of a single day, the brothers feel the winds of change in the air.
