One of the accused who was brought to the police station was a young lady named Elizabeth who had a dog named Lucy. Dagger falls in love with Elizabeth and when he finds out that Elizabeth's dog has been impounded, he mistakenly takes a dog instead of Lucy and gives it to Elizabeth. Elizabeth, who realizes that the dog is not hers, leaves the park under the pretext of parking her car in order not to upset Daggeri.
