Atris, the village elder, also hates her, while his son stalks her and flirts with her whenever he sees her. Hussein, the doctor whose father had a severe disagreement with Atris, arrives in the village. He meets Naima, takes pity on her, and takes her to work for him as a nurse. Then the villagers are surprised that she is pregnant. The doctor accuses her, and her family chases her, so Hussein tries to save her.
