It's the story of Kahn Davis. Sent to live with his grandparents as a child due to the death by overdose of both his parents. A child with mental ailments and bouts of rage, due to his mother being on drugs while pregnant with him, gets worse when he witnesses his grandfather be gunned down right before his eyes. Throughout his life, the only thing that could calm these bouts of rage is a simple glass of milk. Now, a Special Ops Veteran, with PTSD, returns home to a town that is worse off than ever before. His cries for justice and the people of his city fall upon deaf ears when a visit to the Mayor's Office takes a negative turn. Frustrated, Kahn finds out that the people on his radar are led by the same people who murdered his beloved grandfather years ago. With the city's residents behind him like an At-large councilman running for mayor, Kahn, by any means necessary, fights for justice in his own way... with vengeance.
