0.00 3 minutes We see a woman in an apron standing beside a greengrocer's scale. C/U of the lady's legs. Commentator says if you don't have a set of scales like these you can judge weights by other means. Several shots follow that show how much water in a pint glass weighs, and in an enamel bucket. The woman drops three pennies into the scale dish. C/U of the scales reading 1 ounce.
