They vigorously oppressed Fang Zhenyu, the owner of the "Zhengbei Goods Store" in Linkou Town, hoping to turn Fang Zhenyu into a puppet mayor to achieve the goal of controlling Linkou Town. Fang Zhenyu, played by Hu Bing, was persecuted by the Japanese army when he refused. Luo Tianhua, a capable officer of the Military Statistics Bureau, disguised as a shop owner and lurked in Linkou Town. Luo Tianhua, played by Lin Jiangguo, clearly captured every plan of the Japanese in the dark. In order to form the Anti-Japanese United Army, Luo Tianhua found Fang Zhenyu and persuaded him to join the Anti-Japanese United Army. To achieve this goal, he spared no effort to use every trick.
