Known to throw "pleasure parties" with opium and abstinthe, he liked to kidnap and torture women and young boys until one day a neighbor saw a stream of blood flowing from his front door. The police found a massacre inside; all of his entourage were killed and The Sultan himself was found buried alive in the courtyard out back.
