0.00 48 minutes Taiyo Sentai Sun Vulcan (Taiyō Sentai San Barukan, translated into English as Solar Squadron Sun Vulcan) is Toei's fifth entry to its Super Sentai series that ran in Japan in 1981/1982.
While Sun Vulcan never came over to the US as so many other Super Sentai shows did under the Power Rangers brand, it almost beat them all to the punch thanks to Marvel Comics and Stan Lee.
But it didn't, and in the process broke young Dan Larson's heart. It still hurts.
