0.00 48 minutes Hsiao-tien's follower, Chang, has betrayed him. He leads a gang to attack Hsiao-tien upon his arrival to Shen Yang. Ho and the regimental commander come in time to his rescue. Wei-lun is behind the assault. He has Lo Wei buy Chang into betraying Hsiao-tien.
As the plan fails, Wei-lun uses Hung Tan Chao Clan to get Hsiao-tien. The gang is led by Chou Ta Hu. During the fierce fights, the regimental commander is killed and Ho escapes. Hsiao-tien is grabbed. He succeeds in escaping. But during the confusion, he falls down the cliff.
Chou Ta Hu lies to Wei-lun that Hsiao-tien is dead. Wei-lun is sceptical. He makes use of Yumi's influence in Shen Yang to track down Hsiao-tien. Pei-chi learns of the failure and feels worried.
Cho Wen discovers that Wei-lun conspires with Yumi's in smuggling explosives. He does not have a chance to make known his finds; Wei-lun orders to have him killed……
