Worst, though, is how she completely clashes with her boss, Rachen. Not discouraged, she resolutely tries to prove herself despite an onslaught of issues. Just as her grandmother falls ill, her father Sergeant Son, a former cop, is hurt and winds up in the hospital. Surprisingly, it's Rachen who step in to help her at this time. At the same time, Rachen is being blackmailed over the company's information and Liu suspects internal treachery. In her search for the truth, she meets a novice monk come from a forest temple to stay at a big temple only temporarily. The novice monk is suspicious of the temple's practices. As Liu digs deeper, she finds she may be an important pawn in this crooked game.
