From there Steven travels to New York City in search of decadence and overindulgence. He traverses the city and its boroughs, from the Serious Eats website headquarters, to eating brain tacos in Brooklyn, to eventually making his way to the upper east side to dine at the ultra decadent Flavor Elevator.
