He finds out HON and the actress LING-LUNG are having intimate relationship. HON’s wife also points out the deceased actor, YIM PAK-SANG, in YU’s case also had intimate relationship with LING-LUNG which leads LUN to associate LUNG in both cases. LUN requests to postpone YU’s execution guaranteed by his job. He wants to find out some evidence from LING-LUNG. During investigation, LING-LUNG confesses killing HON but denies killing SANG. YAU does not believe and tails after SIU-LAU, LUNG’s best friend. YAU is then blamed by LUN.
