LEI has bought FONG some dried seafood, which worth about $100,000. FONG thinks her aim is no more than to show off. LEI sees FONG’s new ring. FONG tells her she bought it with the $6,000 handed out by the government. LEI says she has also registered for the scheme. NING-ON walks LEI downstairs as the latter leaves. An old lady, who is pushing a cart, drops her cardboards and cans. ON plans to use the $6,000 on an air gun but PO tells him to give it all to her for household money, claiming she will also do the same. ON agrees unwillingly. NING-ON hopes that MAN and TUNG can join her in donating their $6,000. WAN does not agree with her idea, as everybody has his own right to choose how to use his money. NING-ON thinks they are selfish. While HUNG demands PO and TAN to give their $6,000 to her, she herself has given $4,000 to KUEN to help him settle his loans.
