Tai Kong does--not want to lead a life in fear, therefore, he - takes the initiative to explain the whole matter to his creditors. However, the creditors do not forgive him. The dispute should be solved by jurisdiction. Either Tai Kong or Yiu Jo should be sent to jail. Finally, Yiu Jo is convinced by Tai Kong that Tai Kong has to face the punishment.
