Delinda takes over for Ed and finds herself bored stiff after having to attend a city hall meeting while Sam and Mary take over surveillance. Meanwhile, Danny is in charge of the casino floor and runs into an old high school buddy who's having extremely unusual and suspicious luck winning millions of dollars.
