Reardon takes a meeting with a new marijuana supplier, who is actually a DEA undercover operator. Martin investigates Canadian research scientists selling seed patents to American agri-businesses. Mary arrests Bingham and convinces him to provide her with info on his gun-running connections. She wants Reardon to work with Bingham, but Reardon only agrees after Mary confirms it was the bikers who hit Michael. Mary learns that it was Deakins who called the Hong Kong police commissioner.
