8.00 45 minutes SHUM-PING chats with his mother at the restaurant. FUNG-YEE wonders why SHUM-PING has not contacted them for a long time. SHUM-PING replies that she is the one who kicked him away from home. When SHUM-PING leaves the restaurant, he meets HANG-CHIK. HANG-CHIK questions him why he has returned to Hong Kong. FUNG-YEE suddenly fails to recognize HANG-CHIK and she collapses. The doctor says that FUNG-YEE's condition is fine.
