But Tess is convinced of her innocence, and persuades a rather reluctant Jonesy to help her find the real killer. Ironically Tess' efforts to exonerate her sister of murder reveal that she is involved in a far more despicable crime—she has been running a brothel staffed by sex-slaves. Tess is forced to make an emotional choice, finally accepting her sister for who she really is.
