7.00 40 minutes Cheung-lok shockingly finds out Lik-kei’s identity. Ming-kwan returns home and sees what is happening. He prevents Lik-kei from asking questions and expels him. Ming-kwan and Cheung-lok start an argument. Ming-kwan angrily pushes Cheung-lok against a wall. Ming-kwan blames Lik-kei for the Cheung-lok incident. Lik-kei is wanted as he resists arrest. Lik-kei and Chung-ying covertly hook up. They then coax Ho-fan into going to the cemetery to see them. They persuade him to lend a helping hand. But he declines. Wing-yum finds Ho-fan and wants to make up with him. In the process, Ming-kwan appears and takes Ho-fan away. Meanwhile, Ho-fan again recalls certain memories. Ming-kwan is plotting to make Ho-fan disappear. Fortunately, Lik-kei shows up to intervene at the critical moment. Ming-kwan confronts Lik-kei. He even opens fire on Lik-kei. Ho-fan finally recalls the sequence of events in a homicide case from yesteryear.
