Barger wants to unite all outlaw motorcycle gangs around the world under one banner: The Hells Angels. They are to be a global crime machine. In the 1990s Bargers global ambition leads to the Great Nordic Biker War: a vicious battle between The Hells Angels and the Bandidos for control of the Scandinavian drug trade. For several years these two gangs are locked in a fight to the death. Anti-tank missiles, grenades and rocket-launchers are some of the weapons that are used to rip up the streets of Copenhagen, Oslo and Helsinki. In their desperate search for a solution local authorities turn to Biker Expert JP Levesque of Quebec. But, will it be enough to stop the Bikers before they become all-powerful?
