Pathak not to fight his case, there in the court, Susan's family Doctor Pinto reveals Court that he was treating Susan from since couple of weeks and shares a spine tingling incident that took place in Susan's room later, Susan's Mother tells court that Susan started seeing things which they couldn't view and Susan's Boyfriend Vivek too shares a similar incident where he was petrified to see Susan's unique behavior while returning from college. Doctor reveals court that Susan stopped his medications as per Father's orders as he believed that, a spirit is troubling Susan and thus Defense lawyer puts the blame on Father for killing Susan. K.D.Pathak gets to know about Michael Cresto who got killed by Susan's Grandfather and Michael's dead body is buried in the same house where Susan and his family are staying.
