Matron TO KA-MAN turns up suddenly and blames YIK for amending the duty schedule and being absent from work without any permission, but YIK explains that he needs to look after his son and is left no other options. KIN asks CHUNG to do the follow-up at the admission ward but CHUNG is so lazy that he has only spent a little time inputting data into the computer, for which he gets rebuked again by KIN. KIN goes downstairs to pick up his younger brother YAT-HONG, who is paralyzed and seated in the wheelchair.
