Eat Well for Less - Season 7 Episode 4 The Winbourne Family

Busy mum Clare and daughters Rachel and Sadie all rely on dad James to cook the family meals, but not everyone is satisfied with what’s being rustled up. With the same meals on rotation and a lack of fruit and veg being consumed, the whole family are bored when it comes to mealtimes. To keep everyone happy, they often resort to eating out. With the girls growing up and Rachel soon off to university, Clare realises her girls need some kitchen skills. Can Gregg and Chris bring them together and get them all cooking in the kitchen?
Chris takes on the challenge of convincing Clare to take a packed lunch to work. He wants to prove to her that not only could it save her a lot of money, but it doesn’t have to consist of limp lettuce leaves and soggy sandwiches. Chris also visits the UK's first zero waste restaurant to see if it is possible to dine out sustainably.
