The duo move on to St Remy and the Saint Paul de Mausole, a psychiatric hospital that uses art and music to treat troubled individuals - and it turns out one of the centre's most famous patients was Vincent van Gogh. In Monaco, they are joined on their bikes by former F1 star David Coulthard, before Micky makes a splash in a transvestite bar in Cannes.
