0.00 48 minutes CHAN KAU ON is an accountant with little income. He always dream of becoming rich suddenly. He has a good wife who takes care of him and his family.
One day ON meets his former classmate HO WING FU and he knows that FU is going to be his boss soon and FU has a beautiful wife LAW MEI KIU. He is jealous and feels inferior.
Once ON goes to a health centre with FU who stumbles over accidentally. When they get up, it is found that their spirits have exchanged. ON becoming FU implies that he is now rich. At the beginning he is rather confused but late he is excited as his dream has come true. However MEI KIU's brother-in-law plans to take over FU's fortune. He provokes employees to strike. ON's talent is questioned. Moreover ON does not know how to handle different cases and causes many troubles. MEI KIU is ashamed of him. ON realizes that FU has his own difficulties.
