The Adventures of Blinky Bill - Season 3 Episode 6 A Stitch in Time

Meanwhile the Circus Bros. climb aboard a cruiser then steal the captain's helicopter to chase after the balloon, but they run out of fuel. Soon Blinky and the crew make it to Africa.
